WEBSITE PURPOSE

This website provides information about RMGR and allows individuals to express interest in available opportunities, submit applications, communicate with our recruiting team, and schedule interviews.
Website content is provided for general informational and recruiting purposes. RMGR may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or recruiting process at any time.

APPLICATIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, independent-contractor relationship, compensation, or any other engagement with RMGR.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. RMGR may verify information when permitted by law and may discontinue consideration if information is materially false, incomplete, or misleading.
The classification, duties, schedule, compensation, bonuses, training, requirements, and other terms of any opportunity will be explained separately during the recruiting and onboarding process. Nothing on this website creates an employment contract or promise of continued work.

AUTOMATED RECRUITING COMMUNICATIONS

RMGR may use automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted telephone, transcription, scheduling, and messaging systems to help respond to applicants, conduct preliminary screening, and schedule interviews.
Applicants may request to speak with a member of the RMGR recruiting team when human assistance is needed. Use of an automated recruiting tool does not itself constitute an offer or final hiring decision.
Calls may be monitored, recorded, or transcribed when permitted by applicable law for recruiting, training, quality, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

SMS TERMS

By expressly agreeing to receive text messages from RMGR, you authorize RMGR to send recruiting-related messages to the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include:
• Interview-scheduling links.
• Interview confirmations and reminders.
• Recruiting updates.
• Responses to applicant questions.
• Other messages directly related to an application or requested communication.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, interviewing, or being considered for an opportunity.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. To request assistance, reply HELP or email reservemarketinggr@gmail.com.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the telephone number provided or have permission from the authorized user to receive messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify RMGR promptly.
Mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to operate RMGR’s recruiting and messaging systems, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, or technical limitations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
